GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Amanda is an AFAA Group Fitness Certified Instructor and offers various formats for one on one instruction or for large groups.  Classes can be held at your indoor or outdoor location such as wineries, breweries, company events, team building workshops, mommy camps or just a group of friends looking for a private fitness option.

BARRE

Toning, Flexibility and Strengthening are accomplished through this workout that is ballet inspired!

POUND

This high cardio class uses weighted drumsticks, known as Ripstix, to mimic the movements of drumming so you can Rockout your Workout!

BADASS

Combining popular dance moves and tracks with combat, kickboxing and punch combos for a total body workout that's guaranteed to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping!

CORE & MORE

Focusing on the core, this complete workout strengthens every part of your body as well.
